Southern Cross Healthcare Looking for Clinical Nurse Lead – Ward at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time
Auckland Surgical Centre Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Lead to join our Ward team at Auckland Surgical Centre. This role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operational management and workflow of the Ward including managing employees, fostering a positive work culture and maintaining high quality patient care.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- Registered Nurse with a current APC
- Post graduate diploma qualification in nursing or a related field (desirable)
- Recent 5 years of surgical nursing experience desired
- Minimum of 2 years working as a level 4 Nurse
- Proven ability of being able to work co-operatively within in a multi-disciplinary team
- PDRP Level 3 (working towards Level 4)
- Leadership attributes including performance coaching and being a change enabler
- Excellent communication skills and be able to lead a team
- To be flexible/adaptable and to respond positively to the changing needs of the business
