SPONTANEOUS NETWORKS, INC Hiring for Personal Assistant Job at San Francisco, CA Full Time

Requiring ambitious and strong personality to work closely with Company’s retained law firms as inhouse counsel. Person will be responsible for reviewing contracts, sending demand letters, cease and desist letters and any other legal communication on company’s behalf. Person will be trained on various legal issues currently pending and those which are successfully completed mostly pertaining to contracts, non competes, intellectual property rights and confidentiality. Company has branches in UK, Canada and Australia and person will also be exposed to International law as it applies to a US multinational company working abroad.

Responsibilities include but not limited to Drafting contracts, reviewing contracts, assisting and supervising retained law firms in regard to legal actions, billing etc. Sending formal letters on behalf of company, acting as a key main contact for all legal correspondence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,682.51 – $165,621.16 per year
