We are looking to appoint an experienced person to lead and manage the University’s Student Conduct and Compliance team. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing University policy and procedure in relation to: student complaints, academic appeals, non-academic and academic misconduct and fitness to practice at all times ensuring that students are provided with appropriate information, advice, guidance and support. They will also be responsible for embedding a University-wide culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, ensuring appropriate training is in place for staff as well as clear communications with support for the student conduct and compliance team working flexibly across organisational boundaries. We would like to hear from highly experienced candidates who have recent experience in the above and who are keen to progress their skills at St George’s, University of London.
