Stafford Looking for Customer Service Representative at Timaru, Canterbury Full Time

They need a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their customer service team, and be part of their mission to provide exceptional, timely service and effective problem-solving to their valued customers. Core functions of this role will include:

• Making and receiving customer calls regarding Farmside services
• Effectively responding to customer queries via phone and email including faults, billing, and tech support
• Developing and maintaining high levels of product knowledge
• Maintaining accurate data entry, and data integrity
• Working in a timely manner, no matter the enquiry or task at hand
• Attending ongoing training to upskill and develop knowledge
• Working collaboratively and positively within the Farmside team

Hours of work will be discussed with shortlisted applicants but will be 40 hours per week mainly worked Monday to Friday with a Saturday shift once a month.
