We are seeking a punctual, dependable friendly person to welcome customers and perform administrative tasks in an office setting. Monday thru Friday. This Team player will have responsibilities that include greeting clients, entering orders, process paperwork, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. Must be able to use Excel, Word, and able to learn a new ordering system (easy). To succeed in this role, you should be professional, friendly, reliable and have excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. We expect you to be able to provide our customers, vendors, and colleagues with excellent service. Dependability is a must with our small family business.
