Stefanini is looking for Data Entry Administrative (Remote Position)

Job Overview:

Contingent employee to offload administrative and data entry tasks related to operational programs and purchasing.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Responsible for receiving or/and making calls and responding to internal and external customer concerns/requests
Displays ability to perform independently and confidently.
Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure SLAs have been met Increases knowledge of company products/services to aide in customer queries.
Provides solutions to issues and problems, responds to customer issues and uses judgment to escalate issues when necessary.
Able to leverage policies and procedures to service accounts and provide excellent support to customers.

Additional Info:

Interact with a dynamic team working across multiple industries to help manage budget submission and tracking, order entry and status, procurement management and reporting for actual costs and proof of execution.
Assist when orders get placed – tracking the order process – and providing updates
