Operators are focused on guest safety, efficiency, and being approachable and courteous toward lift passengers. Lift Operators report to the Lift Operations Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor, and under the guidance of Lift Forepersons and other senior personnel in Lift Operations and Maintenance. Job Functions – Constant monitoring of guests and designated lift system. – Engaging with and assessing guest needs and expectations, and modifying operations as required while adhering to operating procedures e.g. starting, stopping, end of operations. – Provide an outstanding guest experience by directing guests on and off lifts/conveyors in a safe, efficient manner. Administrative and Reporting Responsibilities: – Completing designated daily checks, assigned logs and checklists, recording faults, daily lift reports. – Reporting changing weather, unusual operating conditions. – Timely and accurate incident and deficiencies reporting to appropriate departments/personnel. – Other duties may be requested and assigned from time to time.
