Surgical Management Professionals Hiring for Healthcare Financial Analyst at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Managed Care Analyst to join our Team! This is a new position and will be a great opportunity for and individual with experience in contract modeling for hospitals or surgery centers. This position will work directly with our VP of Managed Care Contracting, working with multiple facilities.

All candidates must have experience in contract modeling for payors in the hospital or ambulatory surgery center arena!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Input and review data analytics from different payment methodologies.
• Analyzes facility and payer data for new and current service lines for reimbursement opportunities.
• Ensure loading of contractual information, including payor fee schedules, crosswalks, and rate increases into shared sites & software, as well as contract routing for signature process, logging & tracking.
• Work closely with Managed Care on all data analytics reviews.
• Additional duties as assigned within Managed Care
• 75% of time will be spent performing data analytics while 25% of time will be spent on other job duties listed above.

Work Experience Requirement

• 2-4 years healthcare experience in Managed Care or Revenue Cycle or financial industry
• Experience in building financial models in Excel.
• Experience with Advanced Excel formulas (i.e., XLookup, IndexMatch, Nested Formulas)
• Experience in writing formulas that connect across worksheets.
• Preferred Experienced: Experience with relational databases (ex. SQL)
• Effective communication skills and teamwork required.
• Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.

Education Requirement

High School Diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
