About the Role
Syndio is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CTO, Rob. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships. This role also calls for flexibility, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal team members, as well as outside clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, detailed, and driven to produce high quality work.

- Coordinate internal and external meetings for CTO
- Manage hectic and complex calendar
- Compiles data to prepare documents and/or presentations for review; assisting with meeting preparation.
- Responds to requests for information as appropriate; conducts necessary research to respond to specific inquiries.
- Maintains calendars including events, meetings, due dates, and schedules and notify participants as needed.
- Handles travel arrangements.
- Creates, maintains, and organizes files.
- Prepares summaries, spreadsheets, and reports as assigned.
- Reviews incoming documents and correspondences for accuracy and validity; ensures that any deadlines are known and complied with.
- Utilizes current technologies to enter, store, and/or retrieve information as required.
About You
- Proven experience providing administrative support to an executive
- Exceptional proficiency in managing calendars, priorities and schedules for executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with software applications such as the google suite, zoom, powerpoint, excel, smartsheet, etc.
- While remote, this position will be facilitating events in the NYC area and will need to be local to that area.

- Competitive Compensation. For this role our base salary is targeted at $60k -$75k per year (Sr. $75-90). Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise.
