Position Details;

Location: Dublin, City Centre

Role: Regional Operations Controller

Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts

Rate of Pay: €17 per hour

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the client’s office spaces.
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding company and site information and technology systems relevant to your role within the company.
• Completing and submitting incident reports
• Supplying the ROC Coordinator with a weekly activity report.
• Liaising with ROC Coordinator on all security related issues on a daily basis.
• Monitoring KPI’s and achieve SLA targets monthly.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service; evaluating service quality and initiating any necessary corrective action in a timely manner.
• Determining security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
• Becoming an expert user and tutor of Security Systems used by the customer/Synergy.
• Willing to travel as required, within reason, to other of the client’s Sites, or to sites in relation to other clients, as may be required from time to time.
• Leading periodic safety drills on the site, in the interests of the protection of health & safety of the Client, its employees, customers and patrons, as well as Company security officers.
• Updating job knowledge by participating in training opportunities; reading relevant publications; maintaining networks; contributing to and participating in team and Company upskilling/development activities/Completing Synergy assigned training courses.
• Accomplishing Company goals by taking ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
