System One Hiring for Distribution Analyst at Gulfport, Mississippi Full Time

System One is recruiting a Distribution Analyst for a power facility in Gulfport, MS. This position will require both office and construction site (field work) and be exposed to all weather conditions. May be required to work shift work.

Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Shared Services and Power Delivery

• Will handle various administrative duties, invoice reconciliation, and review contractor timesheets

  Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in Timekeeping in an industrial setting is desired

• Maximo Labor Rate knowledge is desired

• Experience with Accounting software – Oracle is a plus

• Knowledge of contracts – billing documentation requirements in an industrial setting desired

• Contractor invoicing/purchasing experience is a plus

• Knowledge working with the company (or working with a contractor working for the company) is a plus

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is desired

• Experience working with Contract Compliance is desired

• Experience analyzing data and providing trends and reports is desired

• Experience developing reports and presentations for management is desired
