We are a remote-based full-service advertising agency looking for an Operations Administrator to join, support, and help develop our growing operations team.
Our ideal candidate is very proactive, has the desire to understand our workflow in order to produce high-quality results, does not hesitate to reach out if something is unclear, and is able to prioritize their workload in a fast-paced environment. The ability to stay on task with multiple projects at the same time and work independently with minimal oversight is a must.

Administrative Tasks:
- Researching vendors and providing quotes to account managers.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and vendors.
- Assisting with orders and verifying details.
- Working with vendor reps to secure specs and deadlines.
- Ensuring budgets are honored.
- Conducting extensive market research as needed for various media and securing information, media kits, and other documentation.
- Year-end reporting to help prepare client managers for client meetings.
- Preparing budgets for client meetings.
- Cross-training in all areas of operations.
- Willingness to take on additional projects when necessary.
Skills/Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Previous ad agency/marketing firm experience a plus.
- Exemplary problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks while thinking ahead and planning accordingly for upcoming tasks.
- Ability to work under direction as well as independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under hard deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage relations with internal and external resources.
- Positive and respectful attitude towards team members, clients, and vendors.
- Must be a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Documents.
- High-speed internet access.
What We Offer:
- Equipment required for the position will be provided.

At the end of your 90 probationary period, you will/are eligible to receive:
- $75 per pay period to help offset the cost of major medical insurance.
