Mō te tūranga | About the role
This position is fundamental to the cohesive and efficient running of the Radiology service delivery and in particular the assigned modality, ensuring the patient journey through the Radiology service is as stress free as possible. This opportunity has all the elements of an interesting, sometimes challenging, but overall rewarding role.
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to; service support, receiving urgent referrals, triaging and uploading referrals, making appointments (New and Follow Up), data integrity, Data entry and reporting.
This role is heavily involved with administrative processes for Radiology, and we’re looking for someone who is ‘on the ball’ when it comes to ensuring that the necessary paperwork is absolutely spot on! The role also involves a significant amount of communication with other pivotal key members, including patients.

Utu whānui |Salary range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA South Island Clerical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the National Health Administration Workers Pay Scale, Band 5B between $71,932 and $74,951 per annum dependant on relevant experience.
