Job Requirements * A passion for helping seniors * A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family friends, and all team members. * Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written Job Responsibilities Include * Providing assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual resident needs. * Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life. * Assisting residents with dining. May include but not limited to preparing/cleaning the dining room, assist with food selection, and serving beverages and food. Promotes pleasant and inviting dining environment and encourages social interaction among residents. Qualifications: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Certified Nursing Assistant not required. * Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records.
