We are searching for a charismatic and forward-thinking individual to lead our Multi-professional Education Team and associated medical and non-medical workstreams within The Christie School of Oncology. This is a strategic and operational role, you will be visionary and directional in the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across the Trust. Being responsible for team you will ensure the highest quality assurance practice and process to ensure safety and compliance whilst encouraging continuous improvement. The Christie School of Oncology is the main point of contact for all education and training needs for staff and students across the Trust. The School delivers world class education and training to every single staff member. This ranges from providing guidance on apprenticeships, through to undergraduate education and on to specialist training. This comprehensive multi-professional approach ensures that staff at The Christie are able to receive high quality training and education, whatever their role in the Trust. You will work alongside the Professional Development Manager, who manages the Professional Development of all colleagues at the trust, whereas this role focuses on those on formal education training programmes.
