This position requires a dynamic, high energy and resilient project manager to execute complex innovation projects that are critical to deliver company goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Project management – leading a large number of projects of varying complexity through the commercialization process from launch to execution
Developing and accessing business plans and recommendations
Innovation tracking
Fostering strong connectivity with cross-functional teams, international teams and senior management
Ideating against consumer insights and trends
Crafting new ways forward in Innovation
Skills, Knowledge and Education Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience across a wide breadth of audiences including Senior Management
Demonstrated proficiency in project management
Overall business knowledge and holistic general management approach
Strong leadership skills – ability to manage a cross-functional team and many stake holders
Ability to nurture and contribute to innovation with creative problem solving / innovative solutions approach
Dynamic, high energy, curious and resilient individual who can thrive in a constantly evolving environment
Education:
MBA or B. Comm. with Marketing major preferred
Strong consideration for candidates with or working towards PMP or CAPM
Experience:
6+ months marketing/project management experience (co-op experience will be considered)
