The Mom Project Hiring for Part-Time Recruiting Manager at Remote Full Time

Our client is a small agency servicing a few startup companies with operational services such as recruitment, accounting, and consulting. We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to manage and work the recruitment service. This will include client management, managing Jr recruiters, conducting interviews, managing ATS and other responsibilities. We are currently a very small team, growing slowly (not quickly)! You will be working and reporting directly to the founder.

Role Requirements:
Over 3 years of experience recruiting

Over 3 years of management experience

Ideally agency recruitment experience

Preference to those experienced in recruiting for technical roles

Organized and independent

Tech Savvy

Responsibilities:
Source and pre-screen candidates

Manage ATS and candidate engagement

Train, coach and motivate junior recruiters to improve their abilities and achieve performance goals.

Develop and communicate team member goals and objectives.

Drive recruiter team performance, monitoring and guiding team activity against set metrics.

Develop and execute action plans with leadership that achieve priorities, boost performance and address deficiencies.
