Ideally agency recruitment experience

Responsibilities:
Source and pre-screen candidates
Manage ATS and candidate engagement
Train, coach and motivate junior recruiters to improve their abilities and achieve performance goals.
Develop and communicate team member goals and objectives.
Drive recruiter team performance, monitoring and guiding team activity against set metrics.
Develop and execute action plans with leadership that achieve priorities, boost performance and address deficiencies.
