JOB SUMMARY
Our client in Salem, NH is looking for multiple Data Entry Representatives to start as soon as possible!
The Data Entry position will ensure data files are properly processed in keeping with job processing directives, while being able to quickly identify data errors and demonstrate accuracy in their work. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with excellent time management and typing skills.
- Ensures job processing instructions are accurate and up to date.
- Works well with a team and other company departments to effectively complete tasks and projects at hand
- Communicates any irregularities, patterns or trends to the appropriate Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to multi-task between differing processing systems
- Basic math and written communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel
