The Virtual Assistant will assist The Skin Clique’s operations support team in improving patient care, provider services, and corporate initiatives. You will be responsible for scheduling and attending meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel. You will also be responsible for conducting online research, compiling and distributing reports, and handling administrative tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support item rebate process
- Support sustainable transfer of products
- Manage documents and databases
- Arrange staff travel and accommodations
- Manage training event organization
Requirements
- High School Degree
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Skilled in data entry
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High-speed internet connection
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15,000.00 – $25,000.00 per year
