Your Mission:

• This role is for all shifts
• *MUST HAVE SCISSOR LIFT EXPERIENCE*
• Maintain the operation of equipment and systems in the areas of responsibilities
• Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, security, evacuation, power and equipment failure, etc.)
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives as relates to building operations and practice safe work habits
• Performs basic janitorial duties of aerospace facilities. (Sweeping, Mopping, Restocking, Trash, General Cleaning)
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

Desired Skills:

What you bring:

• Aerospace experience not required
• General hands-on skills preferred: woodworking, upholstery, bodywork, painting, construction, mechanical inclination etc.
• Must be able to work 10hr shifts or longer, four to five days a week.(Days, Nights, or Weekend shifts)
• Good interpersonal skills, with good written/verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadlines
• Ability to follow direction and execute tasks efficiently with minimal oversight
• Able to provide constructive feedback and creative solutions to problems
• Responsible, flexible, fast learner that has the ability to be a self-starter with a willingness to learn new things
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook
• Must be able to stand for extended periods 9 hours min.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, crawl, and being able to maneuver in tight spaces
• Work in a Manufacturing facility around dust, loud noises, and some chemical smells
• Physically able to unpack, pack, lift, and transport boxed items weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and move 50+ lbs with assistance
