We are representing a luxury brand on a newly created position for Regional CRM Specialist/Senior Specialist.

Sitting within the regional Marketing team based here in Singapore, this position will report directly to the SEA Head of Marketing. The main focus of this position is on Client Retention & Engagement – utilising data and generating insights to craft and deliver client-centric marketing activities across SEA.

•  Identify lost opportunities through existing data reporting to further drive business growth
• Leverage on historical data to implement customer engagements to achieve marketing objectives
• Responsible for the development, implementation and reporting of CRM campaign performance and overall effectiveness
• Drive customer loyalty and retention through the delivery of insights and targeted CRM campaigns· Work with cross-functional teams on planning and crafting money cannot buy experiences for customers, privileges, events etc
• Develop and execute communication calendar to existing Customer database across the region
• Analyse data captured in CRM database to understand customer behaviour, purchasing patterns and insights on trends to propose and execute targeted campaigns on various customer segments
• Provide data support and extractions for reporting, ad-hoc analysis, campaigns, business cases etc
• Develop and assist in execution of retail marketing activations in store
• Point of contact with retail teams to roll out campaigns

Salary range for this position is between S$35-50k per annum, excluding bonus.
