Description:Nazareth Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic located in Northeast Philadelphia, currently has a position available for registered nurse on our nightshift. Nazareth Hospital provides a full array of healthcare services including nationally certified stroke care, heart failure care and joint replacement.

The Registered Nurse performs specific duties to provide service and comfort to patients and families in accordance with the Mission and Values of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of patient care. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the healthcare team.

Under direct supervision of the Patient Care Manager, the registered nurse performs specific duties to provide service and comfort to patients and families in accordance with the Mission and Values of Trinity Health. The position requires a BSN or BS/BA degree in Nursing, current RN Pennsylvania state license, strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate must be organized and able to lead and manage a team, demonstrates ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills and ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations with a high degree of accuracy. Computer skills preferred. Preference will be given to applicants who have Prior clinical experience.
