The Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 18 residential facilities throughout New Zealand.

We have a permanent full time opportunity available for people wanting to begin a career or grow their career in aged care caregiving.

Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $22.49 – $24.06 based on experience and qualifications

The Role:

• Providing a friendly and supportive service
• Personal cares
• Helping with general activities in daily living
• Housework
• The nature of this business requires 24 hour cover 7 days a week so weekend work will be required.

About You:

• Knowledge of the Health & Disability Sector Standards
• Experience in the Aged Care industry preferred
• Previous experience in delivery of care services
• Empathy and commitment to excellence in care of the elderly
• Possesses a can-do attitude
• Honesty, reliability, and integrity
