About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities
This role is part of UOB’s Group Retail Marketing function which focuses on providing strategic marketing support for UOB Private Bank and UOB Privilege Reserve.
The job holder will be responsible for developing and executing client engagement programmes across SEA and Greater China to drive acquisition, retention, and net-new-money / portfolio growth for the HNW / UHNW segment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conceptualise and deliver exceptional client engagement programmes in Singapore and across the region to drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth for the HNW / UHNW segment.
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across different businesses and functions including Product Managers, Sales and Distribution, Customer Franchise, CIO office, Wealth Planning and Strategy team to define engagement objectives, deliverables and deploy accordingly against agreed business KPIs.
• Drive consistency and alignment of brand experience across all HNW / UHNW events / webinars and sponsorship activities.
• Opine on event / webinar creatives and provide copywriting support for event / webinar materials.
• Communicate effectively with concise direction to guide agency partners with the development and delivery of events / webinars.
• Measure and report performance of all events / webinars and assess against agreed business KPIs.
• Support with the production of CIO communication materials.

Job Requirements

1. At least 6 years of events management experience in financial institutions / luxury industries supporting wealth / HNW segment.
2. Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or Hospitality.
3. Meticulous, with strong project management and multitasking ability.
4. Customer-centric, creative and has an eye for design.
5. Good communicator, and comfortable with copywriting.
6. Excellent stakeholder management ability.
7. Possess a positive and agile mindset. A self-starter who is also a collaborative team player who enjoys working in teams and cross functions.
8. Investment knowledge preferred.
9. Travelling around the region might be required.
10. Able to operate in a fast -paced environment
