Our New Starters will often have little or no experience of working within care; therefore we are looking for someone with the ability to grow confidence, who can inspire and motivate with their passion for the care sector.
You will be mentoring on a one to one basis and in group settings, so you must be a great communicator, well organised and a self-motivator and be great at building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
