We are seeking two experienced individuals to join us as a Student Engagement & Retention co-ordinator. Working at our modern well-connected Docklands and Stratford Campuses. You’ll be part of the Student Engagement and Success Unit, part of our Student Services Directorate and responsible for managing the work of the Student Education and Experience Officer, in order to improve progression, retention and graduate outcomes, we use cutting edge technology and research, which has shown impact on our students’ satisfaction, behaviour and outcomes.

You will be a key member of team supporting and improving student continuation, retention and engagement activities. You will support colleagues, providing robust data to identify students or groups of students at higher risk of leaving or of not succeeding in order to shape interventions and policy and lead to referral to support from academics or other services as appropriate This will include promoting student retention, engagement activities, helping students to adapt quickly to, or reengage with the university environment and to understand expectations associated with academic work at university level.
