Grade UE04: £20,600 – £22,847 per annum pro rata.
Part time (primarily working semester time September to June, weekly c.a. 24hrs/week during these months)
Open-ended, annualised hours contract equivalent to 0.58FTE
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Student and Programme Support Assistant to join the ECA Student Administration and Support Service (SASS).
The post-holder will act as first point of contact for students and staff coming into the Student Support Office, or by contacting us by email. They will provide a basic triage of enquiries, handling and responding to basic enquiries, escalating more complex or unusual enquiries to the SSOs or more senior staff in the team. They will be required to understand key University policies/regulations and apply them using established processes and procedures to deliver student support.
