Pittsburgh Campus Buildings – Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh – (23002268) The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified Custodial Services Supervisor. Will need to direct custodial personnel, manage assigned areas and maintain positive communication with department personnel. Responsibilities include: inspect custodial services in assigned areas daily by the end of each shift to assure all work completed in assigned areas meeting department standards. Inspect custodial equipment in assigned area after each use and report problems by the end of that days shift to Custodial Services Assistant Manager and note in daily log. Daily progress inspection of all special project assignments by the end of shift and note in daily log. High School Diploma required and five years custodial experience with supervisory experience or management skills. High School education or GED with at least five years of experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted per university guidelines. Knowledge of custodial policies and procedures.
