So, what will the role involve?

This is a managerial role, with responsibility for a small team of administrators. Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs & Contracts Manager, you will ensure that all activities and tasks underpinning Student Onboarding services are appropriately implemented and managed in line with University regulations and processes.

You will ensure that the Student Onboarding Team delivers excellent customer service to staff and students in all aspects of provision. You will provide key advice to staff and students on Onboarding requirements and ensure that students are cleared as placement-ready within agreed deadlines and targets.

As Student Onboarding Coordinator, an overarching key aspect of the role is to contribute to our thinking and be challenging on how Salford can transform the way it addresses equity disparities, embraces diversity and becomes more inclusive.
