We are currently seeking Warehouse Associate/Adminstrative Assistant at our San Antonio, TX location

How You Will Spend Your Days as an Office Assistant:

This position supports the window department with warehouse assistance and with office tasks as needed.

Office Assistant

• Ensure all phone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
• Effectively communicate with customers as necessary
• Assist other areas such as dispatch, receiving, office administration, etc. as necessary.
• Maintain the desired timelines for completing quotes, order entry, hot shot entry, credit entry, etc.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of building materials and blueprints is a plus
• HS Disploma
• Excellent customer service skills.
  Ability to be flexible in the work day i.e. sitting at a computer or working in the warehouse.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
