Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! The Production Clerk will schedule appointments and shifts for employees.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan the shifts and appointments of employees and customers.
• Monitor company progress and determine appropriate project timelines.
• Confer with other departments to determine progress of work and completion dates
• Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Serve as point of contact between production and planning teams

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, planning, or other related fields
• Strong communication kills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
