We are seeking Customer Service and Sales Development Representatives (Remote) to join our team! You will be responsible for growing and serving a targeted group of new and existing customers via phone, zoom and emails, as well as prospecting for new opportunities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Grow and develop an assigned group of targeted customers via phone and email

• Follow up on daily flow of internal sales leads and prospects for opportunities.

• Identify key customer needs and business objectives and align them with products and services.

• Help resolve customer issues and concerns

Required Education, Skills, Abilities and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in customer service, sales and other related fields

• You are a team player, strong communicator and someone who’s able to thrive in an ever-changing environment
