We are currently seeking a Change Manager to work on an enterprise-level project with our government customer. The successful candidate will be instrumental in change management. The position will require strong practices in an ever-changing and fluid environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver change management activities for a project or change initiative to support adoption of the change and drives to project and business outcome
Apply structured change process and methodologies to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiatives
Work collaboratively with project and business stakeholders to deliver change management activities
Assess the change impact – conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Support and deliver change, communications and engagement activities. Support and engage senior leaders. Coach and support managers and change networks/agents.
Measure effectiveness of change strategies and plan; adapt plans to ensure effectiveness that change approach meets expected results
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
Strong Development background using multiple development tools, techniques, and platform technologies
Strong experience with API Security, Container Security, Cloud Security
AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification or Developer (Associate)
Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing with the client and team members, including experience documenting and presenting findings
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in SAFe/Agile Software Development
Ability to obtain a government clearance
