We are currently seeking a Change Manager to work on an enterprise-level project with our government customer. The successful candidate will be instrumental in change management. The position will require strong practices in an ever-changing and fluid environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver change management activities for a project or change initiative to support adoption of the change and drives to project and business outcome

• Apply structured change process and methodologies to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiatives

• Work collaboratively with project and business stakeholders to deliver change management activities

• Assess the change impact – conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders

• Support and deliver change, communications and engagement activities. Support and engage senior leaders. Coach and support managers and change networks/agents.

• Measure effectiveness of change strategies and plan; adapt plans to ensure effectiveness that change approach meets expected results

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience

• Strong Development background using multiple development tools, techniques, and platform technologies

• Strong experience with API Security, Container Security, Cloud Security

• AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification or Developer (Associate)

• Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing with the client and team members, including experience documenting and presenting findings

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in SAFe/Agile Software Development

• Ability to obtain a government clearance
