Victoria and Albert Museum Hiring for Learning Data & Insights Lead – Maternity Cover FTC at South Kensington Full Time

To lead on data and insights for the Learning department across qualitative and quantitative data including financial, statistical, narrative, and administrative fields to ensure that data drives decision-making and is aligned with the data insight work of the Audiences division.

The post works across the Learning & Digital Programmes team and leads the implementation of the Impact Framework, which puts impact on audiences at the heart of programme R&D. Using a variety of methodologies and tools, the post ensures that data and feedback from audiences is gathered and analysed to inform new and existing programmes. The post leads regular R&D surgeries, and works with colleagues to develop research questions, gather, and analyse data to inform R&D, and share insights.

The post also has responsibility for coordinating budgets and financial reporting, and supports the Director of Young V&A, Learning & National Programmes with financial planning. It also manages the reporting on visitor engagement and the development of new systems and policies to support the work of the division and coordinates the team of external contractors.
