Requirements for the Role

As Customer Service / Admin Support you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customer base, while also assisting with administrative support for our teams.

• Assisting with preparing applications, drafting submissions and any other work as delegated by the Licensed Adviser.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), the ability to think analytically and find solutions for our client’s immigration issues and being a team player are important for this role.
• Ability to speak English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Specific Job Tasks

• General office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails and general enquiries from clients.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues as well as always building their trust.
• Ensuring that all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking legal documents, drafting, and researching submissions.
• Experience with Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Providing customers with timely and accurate solutions.
• Managing client accounts and maintaining relationships.
• Responding to customer queries.
• Customer Service support and attention to detail.
• Collating and providing planning data to inbound teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.

You must be a New Zealand Resident or Citizen.

Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Mt. Wellington, Auckland
