Board Secretary Assistant role
Hybrid role – Dublin South

Responsibilities:
Managing travel arrangements, diary and inboxes
Assist in the organisation of meetings and meeting material
Documentation creation, filing, signing and delivery
Maintaining of registers and files
Raising PO’s, managing invoices and logging expenses
Updating website information and general administration
Support with ad hoc projects, presentations, documentation, and other duties
Work alongside the company secretary, with regular meetings and updates
Requirements:
Experience within an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, supporting senior stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment, in both a team and individual capacity
Keen organisation and communication skills
