Purpose: The Human Resources Representative supports a broad range of human resource functions such as hiring and recruiting, employee benefit programs, tracking and maintaining training and overseeing human resource internal processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Assist with the new hire experience; coordinating post offer pre employment requirements and prepare onboarding materials. Support as a backup for conducting new hire orientation.

+ Enter new hires in HRIS

+ Complete and verify I-9 documentation and maintain files

+ Own the full cycle recruitment process for assigned areas; collaborate with HR team and hiring managers

+ Develop, maintain and own the process of increasing part time talent pool / flexible workforce

+ Stay versed on variety of recruiting methods, including local employment programs, participating in local recruiting events and working with Talent Acquisition Specialist and Marketing for social media advertising

+ Thorough comprehension of employee benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), etc.) and company policies

+ Conduct 30 Day New Hire HR Check In

+ Ensure accuracy of record keeping, file maintenance and data collection

+ Process owner of tracking internal HR training for ISO certification and other HR related training

+ Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests

+ Participate in Activities/Engagement Committee Meetings; including but not limited to organizing company events, schedule invites, send site-wide communications, and encourage employee participation

+ General administrative tasks for the HR Department

+ Other duties as assigned
