Job Description
WeLink is looking for a scheduling coordinator to help coordinate the activities of our field teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our Scheduling Coordinators are responsible for maintaining the schedule of 10-20 technicians, updating ticketing systems and our CRM, and communicating with customers to confirm appointments or reset expectations.

Essential Job Functions

• Schedule appointments and work orders needed to maximize tech productivity.
• Coordination of tasks and project activities
• Point of contact for coordinating project completion
• Responsible for creating work orders, providing status to the customer, and following up with technicians.
• Complete daily reports.
• Monitoring and mitigating challenges
• Act as a liaison between sales representatives, technicians, and customers.

Experience/Qualifications

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Great organizational skills
• Flexibility and creative problem solving
• Previous experience coordinating resources to finish a project preferred
