The Role: 

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, upbeat and able to “wow” our customers with their top-notch customer service.  Our West Liquor Green Bay store are looking for a customer focused and high energetic Retail Sales Assistant to join their team.

 Responsibilities Include:  

• Providing outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with our customers to ensure a great shopping experience 
• Assisting with in-store merchandising and building creative product displays to promote our products 
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, processing all payment types correctly 
• Comply with all establishment rules, health, safety and wellbeing regulations, sale of alcohol and tobacco legislation, and emergency procedures 

 What are we looking for:  

• Strong communication skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn  
• Someone who can build strong relationships with customers 
• A team player who is flexible and reliable as you will work on a rotating 7-day roster which will include late nights and weekends 
• Physically fit and willing to roll your sleeves up to help with heavy lifting, re-stocking the shelves and cleaning 
• The ability to deliver retail merchandise strategies with a unique and creative flair 
• A learner’s attitude and commitment to keep up to date with product knowledge and latest trends  
• A desire to build a career in retail

Our West Liquor Stores are part of West Auckland Trust Services collectively known at The Trusts.  There are 22 West Liquor and Village, Wine & Spirits stores, 4 Liquorland’s, 8 hospitality venues and The Quality Hotel Lincoln Green.  We are all about keeping things local in our community and giving back to West Auckland.
