Managing Lift Operations shared email folder
Leading the weekly electronic staff communication
Stock inventory – place orders as required
Staff administration
Updating personal files, name tag requests, track training and notify leadership of deficiencies.
Payroll
Check timesheets and notify supervisors of missed and late punches for team of 200+ employees
Add vacation pay, as requested by employee, for both hourly and salary staff
Resolve payroll issues in a timely manner
Billing (Payroll Hours)
Kadenwood and other departments
Coupa (Ordering)
Quotes from suppliers
Creating Purchase Orders
Setting up vendors
Recording/tracking purchases
Creating order guide for ease of access and consistent ordering
Onbase
Check and Submit for invoices
Resolve issues in timely manner
Ensure contractors are paid on time
Concur
Correctly add expenses to monthly report, ensuing billing info is correct
Contact other departments for billing info is required
Submit correct receipts and keep records
Complete and notify manager before month end to ensure transactions hit the budget correct
Paperwork
Print out daily paperwork as needed for the lifts and gondolas
Update lift specific manuals with new procedures
Assist in staff recognition program
Tracking staff time off
Following up and tracking COVID-19 sick policy
