Our government client is looking for support services of a Senior Learning Designer

• Must have an undergraduate degree and specialization in one (1) of the following fields: education, adult learning, distance learning or eLearning
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, within the last 10 years in course design.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, within the last 7 years in designing eLearning products.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience, within the last 5 years in designing SAP courses.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience, within the last 5 years in developing performance-based learning solutions derived from an action-mapping task analysis methodology.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year, within the last 3 years of demonstrated experience in designing Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) courses.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year, within the last 3 years of demonstrated experience in storyboarding eLearning.
• Must have 1 year, within the last 3 years, experience in creating SAP simulations using uPerform or EnableNow authoring tool.

Contract Duration: 1 year (with 3-year extension)

Location: Gatineau, Quebec
