YMCA North Inc Looking for Customer Care Specialist at Onehunga, Auckland Full Time

It’s fun to work at the YMCA! 

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team based at YMCA – Onehunga War Memorial Pool located in Onehunga.  The role is PART TIME for 15 Hours on a roster, increasing to more hours during the busy Summer period, finishing on 4th February 2023.

What will you be doing?

• You will handling all reception services and customer queries
• Retail, YMCA programmes and membership sales.
• Till reconciliation, data entry, customer enrolments, memberships, bookings, etc 
• General administration
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment

What experience/skills do you need? 

• Minimum 12 months Customer Care experience
• Computer Savvy and competent in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
