For over 25 years The Youth Sport Trust (YST) has been using the power of sport to improve the lives of young people. We are passionate about building a brighter future for all young people by harnessing the power of sport to enhance wellbeing, build leadership and raise achievement. We now want you to join us as Education Networks Manager and build and inspire a loyal movement of schools and educators to partner with us to level up the life chances of our youth.
As Education Networks Manager you will build and inspire a loyal movement of schools and educators who partner with YST to level up life chances of young people (especially those suffering from the effect of inequalities). This will involve innovating and co-creating content that aligns with our mission and meets the changing needs of schools and educators. Important will be the ability to share your understanding of school priorities to support colleagues to provide engaging events and content as well as product development and communications. In addition, you will provide reporting, analysis of results and customer insight to increase our understanding of school behaviours and trends and enhance our impact.
For this role, you must have excellent project management skills and experience of developing, implementing and monitoring customer service standards and customer satisfaction frameworks. You will be used to using and developing IT based systems that engage with customers and/or members of a ‘movement’ too.
