What kind of work experience are we looking for?
A highly organized and welcoming individual with experience performing basic administrative, providing customer reception to clients and financial experience including accounts receivable or accounts payable.
What can you expect in this role?
The School Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting visitors, assisting with inquires, providing support to the branch and maintaining employee and department directories. They play an important role in supporting the school with all financial services, tracking, and supports. We are currently looking for a candidate who is eager to support the community, school administration, teaching staff, and student body.
