Zsolt Granite Corporation Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist – SATURDAY ONLY at Longwood, FL Full Time

This position is part time, hours are every Saturday from 9am-2pm with a possibility of additional days in the future if wanted. Please do not apply if these hours do not work for you.

Zsolt Granite Corporation is seeking a part time receptionist with a proven ability to communicate professionally with customers and staff, and to provide an outstanding customer service experience. We are eager to bring the right person onto our team to help maintain our standards of providing the best service in the Central Florida and North Central Florida areas.

MUST HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and provide basic information for customers relating to our products and services offered
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Update appointment calendars and schedule appointments

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
• Keeping showroom & reception area clean and free of clutter

Requirements

• Proven work experience in similar roles
• Professional appearance
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Must have own transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
