The Role:

Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to sit in the heart of their agile team. You will be productive, focused and set the team up to get great work done.

The role will see you work with a cross-functional squad to facilitate, coach and remove impediments, in order to help clarify goals, scope and keep work running smoothly. Arrange daily stand-ups, backlog grooming and refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, scrum-of-scrums etc.

The person in this role needs to be an excellent communicator who builds collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and vendors. Team members can be remote so comfort working with online collaboration tools and zoom is essential. We are looking for the right individual to grow into the role.

To be Successful:

• 1+ years’ experience in a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator role
• Familiarity with software development environment
• Excellent knowledge of Agile scrum techniques (such as sprint management, digital tools, user stories, backlog refinement)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management (or similar)

*Scrum master certification is an advantage
