We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representatives to join this team! Alerts come into this department when a Roadside Assistance request comes in, and is not automatically accepted by our Service Providers. In this instance, you will make outbound calls to Service Providers (Roadside Assistance Companies, Tow

Truck Companies, Etc) across the Country, as well as Canada and Puerto Rico. You will attempt to find a company that can provide the Roadside Assistance at a price that is acceptable to the Company, Business Partner and Service Provider. You will keep the customer updated as to the progress of your work.

Description:
Take a high volume of inbound calls from customers needing roadside assistance.

Perform a high volume of outbound calls to service providers to assist with roadside assistance.

Research companies and providers that can assist customers in a designated area.

Maintain great communication with customers to update them on progress of roadside assistance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Open availability to work (needs to be open to working holidays, weekends and any shift)

Must have strong internet connection and a distraction free work environment

Must be okay with working while on camera for the duration of the shift

Previous experience in a customer service environment

Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills; bilingual speakers preferred

Highly driven and competitive in nature requiring minimal supervision
