This is a truly fantastic opening for a dynamic Executive Assistant, to provide top level support to the senior leadership in our Arts, Entertainment & Events Team, TÄtaki Auckland Unlimited. For more about what we do and who we are, please visit https://aucklandunlimited.com/
This key role requires someone who is super organised, who enjoys being a first point of contact and, in particular likes writing & responding to internal correspondence. As our superstar all-rounder you will be managing day-to-day activities such as diary management & scheduling, internal and external correspondence, project management amongst other activities.
You will be able to anticipate needs prior to requests arriving and will need to practice effective judgement, ensure that you own and are accountable for completing tasks and actions and follow up on others to complete theirs.

With an eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills and a confidential approach to your work, your communication skills across all channels will be evidently outstanding.
Successful relationship management will be second nature to you, as will be remaining cool and agile when multitasking or responding to changing priorities. It goes without saying that youâll have a strong understanding of MS Office and ideally have practical experience of working in a similar environment.
