The 4 Star Bayview Hotel Ballycotton, East Cork has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic, and guest oriented Front Office Manager

Our hotel comprises of 34 bedrooms offering guests an ideal spot to relax but also explorer East Cork/West Waterford. We offer a welcoming and friendly service to all our guests.

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the hotel Front office department. The ideal candidate will play an important role in ensuring a high level of guest service.

-This role requires an effective hands-on Manager with good overall experience in Rooms Division, Front Office, Guest Relations and Management. reception service activities within the hotel.

-We require a Manager who is highly organised, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills. A manager with personality and initiative that enjoys offering personalised and individual service with high attention to detail, standards, cleanliness, and procedures.

-Effective team management, training and development skills are required.

-Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

-Critical thinker, problem-solving skills, -Team player with good time-management skills

-Great interpersonal and communication skills
