About the Role
The Executive Assistant role at BKN is absolutely vital to the success of our leadership team. In this position, you will stay one step ahead of our executives to make sure that they are always in the right spot and well supported. Critical responsibilities will include prioritizing and scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, supporting communication and managing ad hoc special projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing the executive for meetings and calls (including doing background research and pulling together any briefing documents needed for the call/meeting)
• Managing and being the gatekeeper of the executive’s schedule (booking all calls, meetings, and appointments)
• Booking travel and accommodation on behalf of the executive
• Managing the executive’s email inbox (including prioritizing emails to respond to, drafting emails on behalf of the executive, and taking over correspondence when appropriate)
• Sending gifts on behalf of the executive
• Filling out paperwork on behalf of the executive
• Liaising between the executive and other departments/employees
• Liaising between the executive and third parties
• Managing special projects for the executive and/or planning and running events

Job Requirements:

• University degree
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced supporting role, such as (but not necessarily) PA or EA work
• Excellent and professional written English skills
• Comfortable using and learning new software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Oce, Outlook

Location, Comp & Benefits

• This is a fully remote, full-time position
• Preferred location would be the greater Toronto area
• $80k CAD annual salary
